Construction finishes in a mess that routine cleaning isn't built for. Fine dust settles on every ledge and inside every fixture, glass carries the marks of every trade that worked near it, and new floors have grit ground into them. All of it has to be gone by a date someone else set: an inspection, an occupancy, a tenant handover, an opening.
We work for builders, general contractors, developers and project managers on commercial buildings, offices, developments and larger projects, including multi-unit work where units are finished and handed over in sequence. The clean is planned around your schedule and your trades, not the other way round.
We'd like to be the cleaning company your site team calls on the next project too. That only comes from handovers that go smoothly, which is what this service is built around.

Working to the project schedule
A final clean only works if it happens after the trades are done in that space. If the electrician comes back to swap a fixture the day after we've cleaned, the dust comes back with them. So we plan the clean with whoever runs the schedule (the builder, the general contractor or the developer's project manager) and book it against your inspection or handover date, not a guess at it.
Give us the target date as early as you have it, and tell us when it moves. On phased projects, we clean area by area as each one is released.
The difference between rough, final and touch-up cleans is set out in our contractor checklist, along with what each stage should leave behind.
Multi-unit and larger projects
On multi-unit buildings and larger developments, cleaning has to keep pace with the handover sequence: units or floors finished, cleaned and closed off while work carries on elsewhere. We coordinate with the project team so each one is ready when it's booked for inspection or possession, and so cleaned areas don't become a shortcut for trades still on site.
New carpet still needs cleaning
New carpet on a construction site picks up drywall dust, grit and foot traffic before anyone moves in. Thorough vacuuming is part of every final clean, and where the carpet needs more than that, professional deep cleaning can be added to the scope.
Once the building is occupied, routine janitorial cleaning can take over, and scheduled commercial carpet restoration keeps the new carpet in service longer.
