Plenty of cleaners either won't leave Calgary's city limits or add a surcharge the moment you do. We cover the surrounding communities as standard: Airdrie to the north, Cochrane to the northwest, Chestermere to the east, and out to Okotoks, Strathmore and Bragg Creek — with the travel built into an honest, up-front quote, not tacked on at the end.
These towns aren't interchangeable, and the cleaning reflects that. Airdrie has grown fast with commuter families in new builds — lots of move-in cleans and high-traffic family carpet. Cochrane mixes a historic downtown with newer hillside communities and a ring of acreages. Chestermere is a lake town with waterfront homes and acreage properties on its edges.
The common thread out here is the acreage factor: rural properties on well water and gravel access track in more grit and mineral spotting than a city lot, which shows up on both carpet and windows.

Commuter new builds in Airdrie
Airdrie's rapid growth means a lot of newer homes and families moving in and out — the same possession-timed move-in cleaning and high-traffic family carpet work we do across Calgary's new communities, just up Highway 2. Booking around your possession date is the main thing to plan for.
Acreages around Cochrane and Chestermere
Rural and acreage properties bring in more of everything — gravel-drive grit, more mud in spring, and hard well water that spots windows and glass. Carpet on an acreage usually earns a deeper clean, and window cleaning out here often means tackling mineral spotting the city rarely sees.
Realistic timing outside the city
Because these bookings involve a drive, we tend to schedule them a little more deliberately than an in-city call — often lining up nearby jobs on the same run. Give us a bit of notice and a preferred window and we'll make it work; there's still no extra charge for the distance.
